Leith Finnegan

Construction is in Leith Finnegan’s DNA. A Gainesville native, Leith grew up working in his father’s restoration franchise where he learned to deliver quick, effective, compassionate work to clients in emergencies. Today, Leith brings more than 15 years of experience to his own company, Maven Construction Group, continuing the family tradition of restoring properties and peace of mind to North Central Floridians. He is proud of the unique expertise he can provide as a certified general contractor, mold remediator, and lead abatement contractor. Off the clock, Leith can be found spending time with his family or playing a game of overly-competitive tennis.

Ashley Finnegan

Ashley Finnegan knows the value of connecting small businesses with the local community. She is committed to building long-lasting relationships between Maven Construction and other Gainesville groups and businesses, and is a familiar face at local networking organizations such as BNI Green Machine. Ashley is a results-focused marketing professional with a wealth of experience in executive leadership and entrepreneurship who has brought wider audiences and increased revenue to companies from Gainesville to Tampa. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Florida. She is a proud mother to Callum and Cortland and wife to Leith Finnegan.

Ryan Meisner

Here at Maven Construction, we have a passionate Project Manager named Ryan. Ryan, who has years of experience in the field, focuses on restoration work and assists families in restoring their houses. He is constantly looking for methods to improve his abilities and use his knowledge to help our clients. Ryan enjoys outdoor pursuits outside of work, including fishing and hunting. He also loves spending time with his wife and their two dogs. He is a passionate family man.

Ryan is a tremendous asset to the Maven team because of his love of construction and commitment to his profession.

Andrew Sension “AC”

Meet our seasoned Construction Worker and Project Manager, bringing over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Known for his expertise as a Master Carpenter and Woodworker, he has a proven track record of executing complex projects ahead of schedule, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Away from work, he enjoys time with his grandchildren, caring for animals, and outdoor activities. His dedication and skill make him an invaluable asset to the Maven Construction team.

Tommy Evans

With a passion for precision and a wealth of experience, Tommy Evans is a master craftsman on our construction team. His journey began with cabinetry, CNC machines, and saws, and he quickly progressed to expertly handling all aspects of trim carpentry.

Tommy’s skills span to expert craftsmanship on baseboards, ceilings, wainscoting, and more. He’s a versatile pro capable of operating any tool or machinery and loves learning new things.

On a personal note, Tommy and his wife Ashley settled in High Springs, and they enjoy traveling, football (GO SOONERS!), and quality time with family. Tommy’s hobbies include boxing and Japanese Anime, but most of all, he treasures moments at home with their loyal dog, Boomer. Did we mention he’s a devoted Oklahoma fan?

Carson Price

Our team is enhanced by the experience that Carson Price, a multifaceted person with a wide range of interests, contributes. Carson enjoys fishing, golfing, cars and a lot outside of work. He enjoys pressure washing, using tools, and spending time with his loved ones equally.

A productive high school football career, which highlights Carson’s commitment and teamwork, is a part of his journey. He also proudly owns CFC Contracting LLC, through which he operates his own pressure-washing business.

Carson has a history in criminal justice and has competed in state-wide gun competitions, so his dedication to greatness is clear. He is accustomed to working on farms and in the construction industry, so he is at ease using any machine, tool, or vehicle.
